After decades in the corporate world, I was ready for something new — an opportunity that allowed for flexibility in order to spend more time with family, and to do work where I could see the direct results in people’s lives. That shift began at home, when I transformed my own garage into the family fitness room by coating the concrete floor. Instantly, the space felt brighter, cleaner, and more usable.
